      Great, High Growth Company on the Fast Track

      Pros

      This is a great company that has positioned itself for a lot of growth and is starting to experience it. Customer's love the broad SaaS reputation management platform that manages everything from reviews to surveys ot listings -- and it makes it much easier to sell. As a sales person, this is huge. Customers already know they need what we have to offer. This is so much better than my last company where I had to convince every customer that they actually needed our solution. The pay is good and the Sales Leaders is very supportive. Overall, this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      There have been some changes in leadership recently that have upset some people -- but in my view the Company is better than ever.

      Fast paced environment with incredible growth prospects!

      Pros

      It has been an incredible learning experience so far working on exciting high profile client facing projects as the organization has now evolved into a mature start up. Senior management is super helpful, knowledgeable, mellow, easily approachable (flat hierarchical structure) and ensures that our efforts are governed by a well defined vector. If you have a knack of delving deeper into real world problems and being a core part of building projects for globally renowned clients in this fast paced fun environment with lots of growth prospects, then this is the place to be! Oh yes, lunch 3 times a week and free snack all round the clock!

      Pros

      A fast-moving, fascinating environment. It's easy to make a big difference here. Culture is friendly, and truly collaborative. I've experienced zero politics -- a first in my career.

      Cons

      The company moves so fast that the cadence isn't right for some. Commuting has been hard for South San Jose people. Understaffed in product and engineering.
