Terrible work atmosphere , managers who are out for themselves, company doesn’t care about their employees

There is a high turnover rate, which puts the existing work on the remaining employees...many of which are not fully trained. This causes a highly stressful environment at times. The pay is average considering what you are asked to take on and until recently a training program was nonexistent. Raises are consistently bad, despite your efforts throughout the year. Sometimes, management makes decisions that make no sense.
