Pros

Casual Atmosphere Paid for me to get my PMP

Cons

Management has a complete lack of direction, and it's obvious. Being a PMP they can't seem to get a grasp on how things should go. Complete lack of organization and the customers are the ones who are suffering. Upper management doesn't listen to anyone and continue to argue with each other. They continually hire sub-par people to fill seats to make it look like they are busy and successful. The company wastes so much money on hiring and firing, the turnover was highly visible.

Pros

Competitive salary, opportunity for growth, innovative ideas

Cons

Understaffed, work/life balance is not factor (people who work weekends are praised), long hours are the norm, lots of happy-talk from management with no follow through, no cohesion between the several companies

Pros

The employees create a family - type environment which makes everyone feel welcome. They are the backbone of the company and will do anything to help someone out. There is schedule flexibility to help balance life/work.

Cons

There is no true training program, though the person who does train is very knowledgeable. More of a sit - and - take - notes training style. Management is slightly inexperienced but improving. Turnover withing the last year has been high. Very little room to advance.
