      Pros

      Have long tenured loyal customers.

      Cons

      Management is remote and detached from the realities of the Company situation. Drove most of the "good" employees away. Very high employee turnover. No advancement from within the organization. HR is terrible. Hire the wrong people and let the tenured knowledgeable people leave. Poorly run Company.

      Company is trying to make an effort to change; new ventures are on the horizon; professional employees are being hired; culture is shifting to an atmosphere focused on Company values

      Some managers are still holding on to the past and old ways of doing things.

      It's a paycheck, that's about all I can think of

      Cons

      Little/no career growth. IT department(Tech and developers) woefully understaffed, not much chance of that changing. Inconsistent management policies. People relatively unfriendly. You have be the one reaching out.2 weeks of vacation to start is too low. 6 companies eventually merged and processes are very fragmented. It's just a nightmare.
