The folks that work at the Oaks site. Wonderful and hard working people that deserve much more credit than they get.

Cons

The upper management in Wixom is RevSping's biggest cons. Full of themselves. Every man for himself attitude. Not up front with people. No ethics. C level employees have their heads buried in the sand. People just don't trust these manager and/or directors and you shouldn't. Nothing is at face value.

Pros

No pros. Nice people I guess. But there is not many positives. Do not recommend working here. Insurance is not bad.

Cons

They are completely overworked, understaffed and they constantly complain about being over budget. Expect to work about 55-60 hrs a week.
