Pros

Most of the people are decent and hard working. Every place has their trouble makers so of course there are a few.

Cons

Complete lack of communication from management. Things happen and you find out last minute. Nothing is communicated in a clear professional way. I wonder how some of these people got into a position with any type of authority. In terms of the building itself they need a complete overhaul, it's dumpy.

Upper management is disconnected There is lack of information sharing - no one knows who to ask for what You are reprimanded when tasks are not completed due to not having all the information (when expressing these concerns, you are shushed)

Have long tenured loyal customers.

Cons

Management is remote and detached from the realities of the Company situation. Drove most of the "good" employees away. Very high employee turnover. No advancement from within the organization. HR is terrible. Hire the wrong people and let the tenured knowledgeable people leave. Poorly run Company.
