Pros

If you are looking for an easy going job without a lot of skill, this could be a good fit. If you like making between $10 - $12 and hour.

Cons

Earnings potential is exagerated during interview process - customer traffic is not what they purport it to be. Management constantly threatens employees with termination if they are using their cell phone or computer while on the clock. Senior Management is incompetent in dealing with Sales issues. Other employees can easily steal your commission without any consequence - so if you are not there when your customer comes back...the employee on site can take the sale. In fact, it is their company policy that whomever rings the transaction up is the person who closes the sale.

Pros

It's pretty cool to say you work for Rosetta Stone. Lots of interest and buzz in the market due to the recent IPO. Its a relatively young company that's fast moving and you will never be bored. Good perks and great office environments. Your peers and direct managers are generally good/skilled people to work with.

Cons

Highly dependent on the division, however in general its a high time investment job, high stress, and very chaotic - Strategy and planning is poor and decision making is immature. Communication between departments is unstructured and contributes to the above. Compensation is slightly below industry average.
