Pros

Plenty of down time for cook outs, football, Facebook, Fantasy Football, and searching for your next job all on the clock. The managers don't care unless they can't plausibly deny your incompetence, fraud, or infractions of the Employee Handbook.

Cons

Nepotism. If you are not family, friend, family of friend, or family of friend, of middle managers, you don't trained, given visible projects, or protected for mistakes and infractions.

The company has no problem approving time off if needed and you arer allowed to take advance leave.

Cons

The management does not follow through and overall does not really support its employees. The have a lack of leadership and do not really motivate the employees to accomplish the goals required to completes tasks in a reasonable amount of time.
