Pros

Back Office tries hard to support ops, but consistent rounds of layoffs from 2012 to present have taken a toll.

Cons

Layoff after layoff. New employees to long term employees, doesn't matter. Went public in 2015 and cost cutting mode both before and after and some departments have turned over 100% inside 12 months. Lost 1/3 of its revenue since 2014.

This one is a definite no.

Pros

None. In fact, none may be to generous.

Cons

Human Resources makes you "prove" that your dependents (wife, husband, children) are really your dependents. Ask for documentation then declines it multiple times. Poor management, long hours, contract losses, no communication all make for a company I wish I had avoided. In my case I have been berated by management for not communicating and then when I send emails I get no response and am constantly told that "I have a communication problem". Managers show up to work and hour late and then leave whenever they want. You work 10 plus hours a day. Contract that I am on has burned through 24+ people in one year. This includes three program managers in one year. Client fired the first two.

Pros

The people who work there in the trenches are awesome and dedicated. Benefits are at the industry standard or better.

Cons

Constant leadership changes. No commitment to promises made. Make cuts twice a year. Poor leadership. Focus on business development but with the wrong people.
