Pros
The people at the customer site are all hardworking and well-qualified. Some teams are very effective and have a very team-oriented attitude.
Cons
Executive turnover at HQ is very high, and for a small company, they do not visit or know their employees or customers very well. STG has not grown in size in over 5 years, and is losing contracts. With federal budgets shrinking, bigger players in the government contracting market are better positioned to ride out this downturn, and are going to squeeze out STG. Salaries on the contract were poor, so a lot of techs left for better pay.
