Pros

I learned a lot here and appreciate the long term connections I made through this company. Taking PTO was never an issue in this position.

Cons

Hard to get promoted out of the SDR department with 50-60 in the seat. Lots of ongoing book/ territory changes that made quota at times a serious battle to hit, followed up with little managerial support.
