Pros

Career Opportunities--- Managers pay attention to employees' ambitions, recognize good work ethic, and reward it through well-deserved promotions. The company takes a balanced approach as they grow, developing their own people in addition to successfully attracting external talent. Company Culture--- The culture here is unparalleled. When people hear "diversity" it's usually just a buzzword. SS takes it to heart by focusing on more than just demographics. You'll find hipsters who bike to work sitting next to country folk who drive F-150s. Everyone actually feels comfortable being themselves here. The diversity even extends to political views, which is incredible given the current climate. *It helps that HR is incredibly helpful and responsive no matter how large or small the concern.* Company Vision & Agility--- SS is always focused on improving its platform and operations, pivoting quickly when needed and staying responsive to customer concerns. The business model itself is ingenious and makes me confident in the company's continued success. In short, I genuinely love coming to work every day. This place makes me incredibly happy and is the primary reason I decided to stay in Gainesville long term. Though I think there's always room for improvement, I have a strong foundation of trust with the principles and character of this company and don't foresee that changing. They want to do right by both their employees and customers.

Cons

Planning & Process--- A function of being in rapid growth mode, is that sometimes things move so quickly that details aren't ironed out before new processes/projects begin. These tend to snowball into bigger headaches than they should. There could be a better balance between planning and implementation. "Measure twice, cut once." Data-driven to a fault--- SS is true to its own rhetoric, making many decisions based on internal research. This is a GREAT approach; let's be clear on that. The drawback is that sometimes too many metrics are being tracked, thus muddying the conclusions drawn. It would be helpful to focus on only a few variables at a time before adding new metrics, as to better understand cause and effect. **The new COO has made business intelligence a priority, so I'm confident this concern will begin to evaporate under his leadership.** These are areas for potential improvement, but by no means are significant enough to deter anyone from coming onboard.

Pros

Having forged many friendships and grown professionally over the course of my time here, I cannot recommend this place enough. SharpSpring has a great culture, affords great opportunities to develop as a working professional in the tech world and is a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing really. Soon to be rectified in our upcoming office move, but there could be a couple more bathrooms.

Pros

Fun people, great culture, passionate workers who take great pride in what the produce and achieve. I enjoy coming to work every day because I know I make a difference in the lives of the people I interact with. From applicants to employees, I love engaging with everyone, and regardless of department, we are all here under one roof working for a common goal.

Cons

The company is larger than any team I have interacted with previously. I wish I could get to know everyone as well as I know our applicants. As we grow, our building shrinks - but I look forward to our move to a larger space this fall.
