Pros

I took this position after freelancing because I missed the team spirit that spurs creativity and learning. SharpSpring has exceeded those expectations ten-fold. Everyone here is passionate about the product and works incredibly hard. I trust my team to approach each challenge with no stone unturned to find the best UX solution for our users.

Cons

Meeting space is limited and the open work space makes it hard to concentrate at times.

SharpSpring is an amazing company to work for. They treat their employees well, and in return have cultivated a team that is a joy to work with. Just as important, employees are given the opportunity to grow their careers alongside the company.

Cons

Office space is increasingly limited due to company expansion but this should be resolved with our next building move.

I am proud to be a part of such a rapidly growing company. I have been employed at SharpSpring almost two years and my skill set has grown immensely. I was hired as an Onboarding specialist where I gained app specific and software knowledge that propelled me to my current role as Director of Partnerships. I am constantly challenged and provided with the tools I need to increase my knowledge base and grow as an employee! The culture here is also amazing. In the short two years working at SharpSpring, I have made some lasting friendships. Coming to work each day is honestly fun! The ability to bring my dog to work every day also adds to the long list of why I love ShaprSpring!

Cons

The company has more than doubled in size since I've been employed here. While I enjoy the growth, we are losing some of the 'start-up' feel. However, the culture is amazing and makes up for any growing pains!
