Pros

The people who work at Sharpspring are fantastic. I'm still friends with many of them. Sharpspring does work hard to create a positive company culture, and it is appreciated.

Cons

Some of the best things about Sharpspring are also their biggest liabilities. The CEO is very hands on - great. But, the CEO is very hands on - often creates an unstable day to day vision. Sharpspring is still trying to figure out what is going to work best operationally. The current COO doesn't have the leadership, management, or interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate a consistent operational philosophy.

Pros

SharpSpring offers an extremely unique opportunity for professionals in Gainesville. It's much larger than other tech "startups" in town, offering a robust & knowledgeable team to be a part of and grow with. It's a marketing software company that markets to marketers -- a trifecta for anyone wanting to learn more about the digital martech landscape. The company is full of hard-working staff, and it's refreshing to work alongside so many peers who are hustling as hard as you are. SharpSpring has developed a culture of employees who genuinely care about the company and our customers, which directly results in high collaboration and high-quality work. I truly can't imagine leaving my team at SharpSpring, and every day in the office presents a new and exciting challenge. There are also huge growth opportunities at SharpSpring -- I've been promoted every year I've been with the company, which is something you simply can't get at other employers in town. The senior management team maintains an open-door policy and genuinely appreciates feedback and opinions from every team member, so you can always feel like your voice has an outlet.

Cons

SharpSpring is VERY fast-paced, and big changes can be implemented quickly. While that's not necessarily a con in itself, our work environment isn't for everyone. If you're just looking to clock in, put in your time, and clock out (which is fine), SharpSpring probably isn't for you.

Pros

What I enjoy most about working at SharpSpring is the culture of continual growth and improvement. There's tons of collaboration within and across departments, and smart, talented people to help each other get the job done. The company perks and policies are all geared toward encouraging employees to feel productive, valued and a part of a community. Compared to workplaces where these kinds of efforts can feel inauthentic, at SharpSpring they're genuine and truly beneficial for our well being.

Cons

Constantly shifting priorities and processes can make the day-to-day feel chaotic. Adaptability is essential to being happy here.
