Great management team, company culture, rapidly growing, many employee perks, great facilities, including a gym, flexible, encouraging of a work/life balance

Cons

As with any quickly growing company, there are growing pains and learning curves. I do feel the management and upper management do their best to do right by all their employees.

Great culture(I know how "buzzwordy" that is, but's true). Friendly co-workers with an emphasis on teamwork. Hard work is not only recognized but rewarded. Promote from within.

Cons

As with any start up things can change rapidly, so you have to be able to adapt at a similar pace. New project specifications can be poorly put together/planned at times.
