Pros

Work from home and okay medical coverage

Cons

Most of the managers and supervisors could care less about their employees. Several of the supervisors play video games while on the clock (have observed this first hand). Other supervisors get off on being rude or disrespectful to their employees and being a slave driver without care. Poor communication with employees. Will destroy your ranking by several hundred people for simply having lost internet due to a raging storm for 30 minutes during your shift. These small hits are overwhelmingly weighted. HR is less than responsive. Rather press for lower handle times rather than providing quality service to customers. Rewards those who cut major corners and short change the customer just to meet their goals. Put all their eggs into one basket , COMCAST.

Pros

Save money on gas and lunch, walking distance to work, and don't have to shave or look professional

Cons

Supervisor only know how to control you and do not help you if your stuck on a call with a dissatisfied customer. The tools and programs used are not reliable. Sometimes it takes IT at least a week to get back to you to reset a password for a tool in order to do your job. Rigid control over break/lunch times. even if we all worked THROUGH break/lunch. Supervisors On Duty are usually worthless/lazy, but some do help you. The flow is good only for newbies to help them learn. The quality of the equipment we troubleshoot is very poor. All they care about is call metrics. This company does not give raises, they promise something and never deliver.
