Pros

- Benefit options were decent considering options are the same for corporate employees and the call center. - Lots of very intelligent, friendly, hardworking people in the office and call center (not enough to make up for the treatment that trickles down from the majority of the management team though). - Some stimulating corporate events.

Cons

- Organization is top-heavy. Management does more complaining and delegating than contributing or producing results. - POOR treatment of staff-level roles. These employees are very dedicated and work long hours while management EXCEED their PTO balances, come in late, and leave early. - Intimidation and manipulation tactics, harassment (of all kinds), retaliation when you attempt to resolve issues, and credit is rarely given when due and often taken by someone above you. - Management stages the company as this “great place to work with happy employees”. This is the biggest joke yet. - Stock has been plummeting for years now (with good reason). - HIGH TURNOVER. Most new employees figure this out within 2 weeks. - Long hours, late nights and weekends (unless you’re C level or “in good” with C level). - You accrue a decent amount of PTO, but prepare to feel like you aren’t allowed to take it and as though the company will fall apart if you do. - Plenty of opportunity to take on additional work, but expect no promotions, raises or recognition along with it (even with several years of service under your belt). And expect to be treated as though you accomplish nothing and spend your day surfing the net.

Pros

Work from home. Its a job. Great coworkers. Easy work. You get a wireless mose valued at $1.50 after 4 years of service.

Cons

Incompetent management, morally questionable polices, no raises to any employee in more than 4 years, no paid Holidays, very poor documentation. Each Supervisor will give a different answer. Dishonest sales tactics are used and the technicians are the ones who get the brunt of this.
