Pros

If you want a job that pays less than they start you at at Wal*Mart, this is the place for you. If you want a job from a company that is so cheap that they can't even hire an entry-level worker in their own home state of California, this is the place for you. If you want a job that refuses to give raises to their employees for year-after-year, while upper management continues to get pay raises, this is the place for you. If you want to work for a company whose stock price is so far in the crapper that they are about to get a deficiency notice from NASDAQ, this is the place for you. If you want a job where even if you are a top performer, inane middle management still wants to harp unfairly on what you don't do right, this is the place for you. If you want to work for a place that is always looking to "optimize" the call center ,while not allowing the employees that get "optimized" to share in the company's productivity gains, this is the place for you.

Cons

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. One star is too much. If you are a prospective employee, stay far, far, far away from this sinking ship of a company.

Pros

Benefits are decent, work from home aspect is appealing to some (saves on gas $$$)

Cons

Management often forget that the employee is the most important aspect of the functioning of their business. On more than one occasion, we were given mandatory overtime, disappearing PTO, extreme call volume, ridiculously strict time policies. They will not let you work without breathing down your throat and it's impossible to have a joyful day at work because of this.
