Working from home Benefits Paid time off

Cons

Working from home No pay raises The software they have you install on your computer, so that you can work, can bork your system with their poorly tested updates. Ask 4 different supervisors a question on a company policy, get 4 different answers Decent paying positions were outsourced to India/Malaysia Promotions are lateral, you will not work your way up.

Pros

Steady paycheck if you don't kill yourself after the first 2 weeks.

Cons

Dealing with bad coworkers that don't want to do there jobs, lack of care from management about broken promises of raises made nearly 4 years ago.

Pros

Work from home, don't have to use gas to get to work, at least you have a job.

Cons

atmosphere of dIstrust, bad moral, no morals, and scripts make the job not worth it, then they will lay you off with only hours notice if any and outsource your work overseas, and few months later try to rehire you for half your original pay.
