Working environment, fast pace, growth opportunities, decent salaries. Cool opportunities to travel and attend partner events. Vendors are always willing to invest in sales staff.

Cons

Rewards are limited and management is not always open to listen to employees. Flat structure doesn't allow many opportunities to grow unless you want to become a people's manager.
