Good first job, not for long term
Pros
My sales team was great. Everyone was very helpful and always telling new hires to ask questions all the time. Working from home 95% of the time is great too if you like the environment. Managers are communicative and want you to succeed. The trainings are elaborate and really do take up your first 3 months of working. Overall, a good first entry level position especially if you just graduated college
Cons
The pay is NOT worth staying more than a year. 35k or $15 an hour is ridiculous especially with the work load. There are no incentives really for the ASR role unless you want to waste your own lunch time every day and sit in on zoom lunches and listen to the vendors speak just to make an extra $15 a day. The benefits are not great. I felt regrets and pressure every time i took off work because we are so "short staffed" all the time.
