Long process to solve any incident

Pay compared to industry standards and the lack of some technical tools required for tracking and automation.

Inconsistency and lacks organization within the company

Chances for promotions are rare, so you need to be better than everyone else to be considered. For me, the hardest part was overcoming the language barriers. I'm ok with having foreign co-workers, but it is really difficult when members of your team don't understand instructions, or cannot communicate clearly when needed. Overall my team managed to work through this though.

Pay the minimum so you lose good members of the team after they have been trained up, as the need for more money sees them move to the competition

Workflow and processes are inconsistent.

1. Worthless India Senior Management. 2. Less pay and humongous target pressure with multiple portfolio. 3. Expect employee to be "Jack of all Trades". Never pay variable properly after work is done. 4. Variable calculation horrible and no body listen to your queries. 5. HR team is just a puppet. 6. Non accountable India senior management team, and not trust worthy. 7. Not even bother about employees well being during notice period, but expect extreme performance.

Management lacks direction, lots of 'Big Ideas' and little follow through. This is likely just due to the company being so large.
