Pros
My sales team was great. Everyone was very helpful and always telling new hires to ask questions all the time. Working from home 95% of the time is great too if you like the environment. Managers are communicative and want you to succeed. The trainings are elaborate and really do take up your first 3 months of working. Overall, a good first entry level position especially if you just graduated college
Cons
The pay is NOT worth staying more than a year. 35k or $15 an hour is ridiculous especially with the work load. There are no incentives really for the ASR role unless you want to waste your own lunch time every day and sit in on zoom lunches and listen to the vendors speak just to make an extra $15 a day. The benefits are not great. I felt regrets and pressure every time i took off work because we are so "short staffed" all the time.

I’d say the best part about this company is the pay, opportunity to work from home (for now), and benefits. The teams are helpful and joyful, always willing to answer your questions.
Cons
While I’m not very interested in technology, it seems like the training is very open ended and question based. I feel like they believe new hires have a base knowledge on technology to begin with and there’s no training modules.

Poor management of team, position accepted was NOTHING like what ended up with, horrible treatment by a contracted "manager" who thought they knew everything and made people she didn't like look bad, terrible training (if it can be called that), and basically performed two full-time roles for months.

Remote work, unlimited PTO, a lot of learning potential, great team.
Cons
They do not pay a livable wage, not much work life balance as some teams are required to work late nights, occasional weekends and holidays. no training, Outdated systems, lots of turnover on our team. Too much work not aligned with compensation
