Started out good but turning into something else

Pros

Good pay. State of the art technology. Great doctors. Advancement opportunities. Diverse.

Cons

Too many changes! It’s turning out to be just like any other DSO. The original culture made it a joy to come to work! Now it’s stressful! The prices of services keep going up. At first nitrous was free, then it went to $81 now it’s $145!!! And all of this happened over the course of 12 months!! The change in upper management wasn’t a good call and they constantly hire people with no dental knowledge or background which is frustrating to dental professionals

Everyone is so nice! I love the office space, the outside seating area for lunch, and I love how encouraging my supervisors are. Tend's 'brand enamel': "Transform dentistry into an empowering, human, and joyful experience" excites me for the places this company is headed. Tend cares about providing a seamless experience for our customers and I am thrilled to be a part of the team.

Pros

The people you work with are so awesome and fun! Love the collaborative team environment. Sarah who is the department head is amazing! Sterling and Brynn who are leads are incredible as well. The desk can be standing or sitting which was a great perk! Tons of snacks and free lunches. Loved talking to the NYC team Studios! Lots of room to grow!

Cons

Schedule can be difficult at first but if you stick it out they will find a schedule that best suits you! Really the team is great!
