Pay, Insurance, Ability to work from home, twice a year bonuses. Monday-Friday schedule is a huge plus as well!

Cons

Lots of cross country supervision- you have to have work ethic if you want to do well there

Fortune 50 benefits, dialed in culture, feels like you work with family, competitive compensation, development and growth opportunities. Training is top of the line

Cons

Growing company so they change processes often but if you are flexible it's not seen as a bad thing. Some positons require travel but the destinations are great!
