Pros

A pro for working for this company is the amazing benefits they provide.

Cons

The company hires inexperienced people to manage others and so there is not a lot of support in the bottom line.

Pros

Consistent feedback and review with supervisors, comfortable working environment, excellent pay for a temporary position. Great training process that could be applied to multiple jobs at other employers. Room for advancement is there for motivated employees who are willing to go out and get the education to reach their goals. Lots of employees incentives, positive employee culture.

Cons

Many employees will find better, permanent employment elsewhere with benefits to boot.....TriNet is losing lots of excellent potential permanent talent that way.
