Pros

TriNet is growing faster than they can keep up. Benefits are good, depending on your location.

Cons

The current philosophy is to sell sell sell, but no plan on how to service clients after they are sold on the product.

Thank you for both – your constructive feedback and observations as well as the positive rating. This is exactly the kind of thing we are looking for here on Glassdoor. To address your comment about serving clients: there’s always room for improvement, but please also visit our Intranet and check out the many, many positive things our clients have to say about our service. The growth you mention happens on more than one level. The company is indeed growing rapidly, and we’re doing our best to support and encourage the growth of our colleagues in parallel. With our manager development training roadmap in place, we are confident to strike a balance between fast growth, training and support for colleagues as well as outstanding service to our clients. Thank you again for your feedback.

Like being bullied? Come here!

Pros

Good benefits made it hard to leave.

Cons

If you like being bullied, come here! Don't go to your boss or HR for help, because they're completely useless. The admin, HR, call center, and accounting teams love their gossip and friendships. If you're not a part of the in crowd, then expect them to make your life a hell. Favoritism rules here! I went to both my boss and to HR to speak up when a coworker (and boss' friend) was belittling and berating my team (and myself) and was the one who got written up for speaking up. No one deserves to be humiliated or bullied. Gave my notice after years and haven't looked back.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. TriNet works very hard to ensure that all of our employees feel valued and empowered to grow and succeed. And we are committed to creating a respectful, courteous work environment free from harassment of any kind, as well as taking all reasonable steps to prevent it and address it. We are disappointed to hear about your experience. We have available to all colleagues and former colleagues an anonymous ethics hotline managed by Conversant, our trusted vendor. Please feel free to report your experience to them and it will be followed up on accordingly. TriNet Ethics Portal: http://bit.ly/1D3HrfA Hotline: 888-832-6044 We appreciate your feedback and will consider it as we continue to build our processes for employee growth and development.

Pros

Great team based environment. You're not just a number there, and feedback from your supervisors is constantly available. Flexible with time off, unless it's Open Enrollment season.....

Cons

It's difficult to find cons with this employer. Sales department seemed to have it the hardest, since they were under expected standards of recruiting new companies to on board their benefits administration with the company. I didn't work in that department, so I didn't have that issue.
