VSP has a solid reputation among the Physician community, but the organization uses antiquated, manual process to solve many complex problems in its finance department.
-The PAT (profitability analytics) Costing Group is highly dysfunctional and poorly managed. Very Toxic group within a disorganized, poorly led finance org.
-Silo Workplace Mentality is rampant throughout finance, esp in PAT.
-Very little Collaboration, in fact, it is discouraged in PAT.
-Bullying Behaviors and Tyrannical Managers allowed.
-Poor Communication.
