Vaya Health reviews

I’ve worked in another LME and it doesn’t have to be like this. Completely reactive organization; not a single strategic leader! They use state deadlines as an excuse for poor planning and leadership. Favoritism is rampant. Vaya had no systems to support rapid growth and senior leaders have no accountability for why they are now struggling. In spite of the lack of strategy, the CEO and her favorites micromanage the smallest details of daily work making it the most inefficient and wasteful workplace, too.

The managers are extremely unprofessional and offensive. They do not supervise or train staff. They instruct us to do one thing but then reprimanded us for not doing something else entirely. They openly dislike certain staff members and treat them poorly in front of the team. The policies they strictly enforce for staff they don’t follow themselves. They violate HIPAA rules regularly, they use derogatory terms in meetings. Staff do not have an outlet to file grievance about unfair and unlawful behavior from managers without being retaliated on.
