Pros

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dotloop! From the company culture, to the work environment, you could not ask for a better place to come to work at! It is the type of job that you feel excited about coming to work every morning. One of the coolest pros about Dotloop is the gym reimbursement every month as well as catered lunches and plenty pto! It sounds like it is almost too good to be true but this company is Cincinnati's best kept secret.

Cons

No cons, Dotloop covers every base as far as what it takes to be a great company; culture, atmosphere, fair pay, benefits, etc!

awesome. Thank you so much for the great review. I love dotloop, and I love our Cincinnati office also. Dotloop is doing very important work, and is tightly integrated with our Premier Agent business which is so core to our success.

As for compensation, we invest heavily in ensuring that our compensation levels are aligned with each market where we operate. We ensure this through a seasoned in-house compensation team and third party partners who track compensation information in our industry. So while I can't speak specifically to your perception about your salary when you were previously employed by dotloop, I can say with confidence that our salaries are competitive and in-line with the market. Pros

It has been such a breath of fresh air to have a company that treats you like a human. Their benefits, culture, and structure is second to none. From the recruiter to the managers, the whole experience has been fantastic.
