Management preaches transparency but completely lied to employees when directly asked about possible layoffs. Laid off people in a meeting with everyone else. Couldn’t even be bothered to do it one on one. Treated the group like cattle to slaughter. Provided no reason as to who was chosen either

This company is a joke. There are no leads to be called, but the micromanagement has exponentially increased since I first started. There is no sense of accountability in this company. If goals are not met or someone isn’t doing their job, nothing gets done to fix it. I’m not exactly sure what the upper management does except sit in seemingly unproductive meetings all day. Supervisors are allowed to be catty and petty (Pharmacy Relations in particular). If you want to work hard, hit your goals, have no chance to advance in your career and make less than half of what you’re told you will make- this is your job!
