- emphasis on inclusion, psychological safety, and collaboration - great company values and everyone is invested in company success - really honorable mission with great people working to improve the community (in Fort Worth and in the field advisor side)

Cons

- not as automated as other organizations but still - marketing can be really out of touch with the client base and their needs/what resonates.

Pros

Concerted effort in work/life balance for employees. Generous retirement savings plan. Still have hybrid working. Nice gym with workout equipment and classes along with massage therapy...right on the campus. Parking garage (great at keeping car cool during hot Texas summers). Bank is on campus. Security. Great communication from leadership. Concierge always has lunch available for purchase on campus.

Cons

Small campus. Old office furniture. Open floor concept can get loud in work area. Non-stop adoption of new applications (can be a pro or a con...depending on what you like).

1. Genuine care for employees families 2. Work/Life balance is first and foremost 3. Hybrid work environment is a plus 4. Psychological Safety is always at the forefront. They ensure that employees feel important and heard. Amazing!!! 5. The company continues to assess and reassess to ensure employee pay remains competitive. 6. Career opportunities are avail if you pursue 7. Simply put, an amazing place to work!!!

Cons

This is a personal con, I have too far of a drive in the morning due to traffic.
