- onboarding has been great with a lot of advice on how to succeed with this company - leadership has been supportive, friendly, and clear on their expectations of their employees - ability to change roles/departments (after a year in your current role) - my direct team has provided me with everything needed to get started and is available to help whenever I need something

Great people and an honorable purpose

Values. The organization cares for its people and its mission of helping military service members. I feel rewarded for contributing my honest thoughts and ideas. I would not have lasted a year if the leadership and coworkers were the opposite.

Cons

The company is growing and with that working space issues can arise. Depending on your department, if you have a hard time working in a group atmosphere with the noise and distractions that it brings, it can be a minor downside.
