      I believe my experience was not as good as others do to my District Advisor being completely absent from his job.

      Pros

      Home Office is very helpful. Most District Advisors are actively supportive. There are other Advisors out there always willing to help you become successful.

      Cons

      Not enough administration help while trying to meet quotas. The District Advisors lack knowledge on products, but they sure act educated. Make sure what they are teaching you is factual. Make sure your DA is actively involved and liked by the other Advisors you will be working with. You will need it to survive. DA's are given too much power and can cause a lot of conflict within what should be a team.

      It was close to home. That's all.

      Cons

      Horrible people, robbing people blind, just out to make money for themselves. Taking advantage of military. Treat their employees like their slaves and talk down to them. Very creepy, cult like work conditions.
