      Great training to get licensed and started in the industry. Co workers were very helpful and a joy to work with.

      Cons

      If you are not selling life insurance, specifically whole life insurance, then you will not make it with this company.

      Pros

      Fruit is provided to employees and have many company wide events.

      Cons

      Very top-heavy company. By far the worst IT department I have encountered; nothing is ever resolved and they do not communicate within or outside of their department. A primary program still in use within company is DOS based. Meetings on top of meetings and nothing is ever accomplished or resolved. Very outdated tech as well as company policies and values. Very rigid and independent thought is actively discouraged.
