Process is simple to learn and understand, good peoples to work, company is good for 2 options 1) People as first option to enter Boo 2) People with no options in terms of qualification and age

Employees and Team leaders are always threatened of been sacked, always need to work in fear of losing jobs,

Pros

The floor-walkers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

You have to be able to deal with a large quantity of customers one after the other, especially customer complaints and irate customers. (Which can be more difficult if the previous agent haven't done their job correctly) Also the shifts change on weekly basis and sometimes you may be working till 10pm (even on a Sunday) and can even get stuck on a call afterwards, which you have to resolve before you can end.
