Business Outlook

Pros

Teammates including TLs are very good and supportive. Mostly friendly environment makes the work experience much better. Typing isn't a piece of cake but once u get used to it u will play this process on your finger tips, im talking about comcast.

Cons

The worst part is I was in voice process sky TV help and they shifted me to Comcast which was chat process. Still I never had any issues until they started making dummies by reducing salaries. First they sent us increment salary notes but they never incremented the salaries and incentives were like on 1 sale 100 or 150rs like really??? Also the management operations want us to work more extra hours for less payout which was unacceptable. I was lucky I had a great TL who helped me through everything. Franky bhai is the best!
