Gets a good pay Salary is on time

1)Management never takes action for the issue employees are facing 2) leaves issue ( only gets approved for the close ones of the management) 3) many more issues can't list all of them

I have Been with the company for 5years and they have trusted remote work long term. The work life balance and flexibility are amazing.Supportive team leads, salary is always credited on time.

Cons

Being remote 5years. I miss occasional team bonding.
