The Management truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Firstsource is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate helping you if needed. Because Firstsource is growing so rapidly, there are some changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful at times, but overall i would really recommend people to work with Firstsource to make a difference in their work life” Pro's: Positive & Transparent work culture. Friendly Environment. Better Opportunities for Professional Growth. Learning & Development. Excellent Rewards and Recognition to motivate employee's. Company understands work-Life Balance and respects that.

Cons

The Appraisal & Compensation should be scaled up as I see this is the only factor for a drawback at Firstsource. "Appraisal's/Compensation's are the factors that Motivate employees and boost their output"

This is purely People-centric and Actionable Organization. Upskill: Encourage learning and development. With right mindset and dedication you can grow along with the organisation. Work-life balance: Lot of flexibility if you have constraints due to personal reasons. Diversity: Respects diversity as people from different communities or regions are considered equal along with focus on gender diversity. Hike: Yearly increment even during pandemic with incentives and variable payouts. Health and well-being: In-house medical facility, COVID expenses paid, special leaves benefits, sponsored counselling by experts. Activities: Huge emphasis on giving back to society. Plenty of activities done in and outside which will give you a sense of purpose. Tip: Management and HR do get back to you after promising :)

Though the company is good for associate but dont join as a supervisor.. The recruiter makes false promises. I am working in Gandhinagar location.

Cons

Even after working for 9 hrs the management marks LOP if you miss to punchout which can be verified and approved by management. Even the HR policy is supporting this illegal rule. I am regreting after joining. Management is biased.. They approve if you are buttering them. I was in fever but the management marked AL instead of Sick Leave
