Supportive Work Environment Friendly and Approachable Leadership Good benefits package, including health and wellness programs with an understanding management team.

Cons

Growth oppurtunities can be slow or not be clear too much work load with less resources. particularly when adapting to shifts and week off changing quite reqularly every 3weeks

Pros

Team chats can be funny sometimes but not enough to make you want to stay

Cons

Low pay, high turnover (I seen management hire someone and fire them 2 weeks later cause they needed to let people go but made an excuse about it, they do this a lot), supervisors are very weird. And stalkerish) , also company turns up the volume on calls on purpose sometimes to the point you can’t breathe. OSHA needs to investigate this company
