Nothing about it. Too much shift rotation.

Cons

The company's managers are literally crazy. It works on monarchy. No organized organization. Tried buying out and due to their miscommunication it's been 5 months no relieving letter upon emailing they ask to pay more. They are not even sure if I submitted the assets. Ex manager had to step in. It's all a fuss.

Although they did do reasonable adjustents for those who are disabled, they also punished you for being disabled

The job is remote. My first manager was decent. Does not take much to move up.

Cons

Micromanaging. My yearly raise was 15 cents. If you went over break a few seconds, you were expected to stay over your clock out time does exact seconds.
