Pros

Time off given, and flexibility.

Cons

Policy Administration system does not work very well, causing additional work for employees. Company hires many Executives and Managers, that are not familiar with companies Niche Markets. Although you get a lot of time off, many people cannot use the time off due to workload level.

Pros

My direct manager is great, allows autonomy, good work hours with flexibility that allows a good home life balance.

Cons

A lot of management and no direction. Not a lot of communication from the top down. Does not promote within the company regardless of skillset or experience. Employees give the same constructive feedback year after year about working there and their dissatisfaction and no positive changes are made. Very behind on technology for employees and customers. Decisions are made without consulting individuals that would possess crucial knowledge.

Feckless management

Pros

Able to work remotely... like everyone else these days.

Cons

Managers not willing or able to invest in employees. No loyalty to employees, very cutthroat. Minimal actual underwriting.
