Pros

The H&R Block I work for I have an amazing boss and general manager. As long as you communicate with them they will help the best the can. Very flexible work hours, and wonderful team. Most of our clients are very polite and respectful. I really joy meeting new people and seeing our clients for the past 15 years.

Cons

Sometimes the clients can be rude but, it doesn't happen very often and as long as you listen to the issue at hand it calms them down.I wish that the receptionist were allowed to answer the basic tax questions.

Pros

I was hired for Front office Receptionist, and the job turned out to be something else. And for $10.50 hr, it was not worth my time, but I worked their only because I needed employment.

Cons

This job included me being a bathroom cleaner, vacuum the rug, clean windows. Reason, cause they did not want to pay for those services.
