Pros

Coworkers / Employees for the most part are pleasant to work with and most of the employees get along well together. This company is making money quicker than McDonald's can turnout cheeseburgers with no end in sight.

Cons

Very poor leadership from upper management team who is also lacking in ethics. Upper Management Team has no real respect nor appreciation for those that work under them. The turnover rate is so HIGH it's like a revolving door and has been that way for 4 years and counting. They continue to build new applications and services for customers on outdated equipment that will one day come back to haunt them.

Pros

Awesome downtown location. Their checks don't bounce.

Cons

Too many to name, so I'll stick to a few biggies: Company seems to run off "top-down" management style. Lower ranking employees are not encouraged to voice concerns, ideas or opinions. Good-Ole-Boy network undermines the technical competency, passion and ambition of very talented people. Senior management flagrantly and persistently disrespectful to employees. In under a year, I've witnessed several resignations. Contractors get treated like garbage; expect to get laid off during winter holidays. Cronyism is rampant as senior management bring in their own from other failed or failing companies, without any interviewing process.

Pros

It's location downtown. They pay you on time.

Cons

The upper management has no respect for their employees. Over the past two months I watched 6 people resign and two people get fired. The location is ok, but they are too cheap and have way too much of a top down management approach to attract quality people that will stay long term. The management of the company has no clue how to manage knowledge workers. Some of this probably stems from hiring senior vice presidents that has no college education and learned how to manage at K-Mart retail stores. They prefer to hire people on H1B visas who don't have as much freedom to change jobs without risking their immigration status.
