Big. Even during the great depression they've given modest raises.

Cons

Big. Current owner is not interested anymore. Management is only interested in bottom line. All their raises, even during great years, are extremely modest even for their hardest workers.

Mostly Nice Employees & Better Than Average Pay

Cons

Absolutely Zero Ground Level Support for hires that are told it is an "entry level position." It's not and it's clearly sink or swim/meat factory mentality where it either works out or it doesn't. Would be much better if they simply classified positions as mid-level, since the pay is practically mid-level.
