      Pros

      I really enjoyed my team, co-workers, and the culture within our department. I also liked how they take a chance on you even if you don't have a background in account management/sales. Fast paced, learning opportunities, etc.

      Cons

      No room for growth, while there are higher positions open, they often (basically always unless you are a director or above) higher from the outside.

      - First and foremost would be that there are some amazing team members who make this place a good place work in. - Teams are very creative at developing technical solutions and delivering quickly - Good benefits with 401K , tuition reimbursements, fitness centers , free downtown parking in Atlanta, free public transit options - Good growth opportunities, flexible transfers between departments, Incomm has multiple locations across the US and globally - Tech stack is rapidly modernizing with cloud adoption, dev ops integration, digital transformation and the Innovation Lab

      Cons

      - Solutions and processes haven't been able to keep up with the growth and need to be streamlined - Consolidation and adoption of tools is key focus area - Like with all big firms the overall process of planning and preparation can be improved -
