      Pros

      Very flexible work schedule. In the IT area people show up to work from 7:00 to 10:00 am. Also, very knowledgeable engineers in IT Operations. Fun environment.

      Cons

      Because the gift card industry revolves around retail the busiest times are from Black Friday through the Christmas holiday. This mandates that you work through those holidays.

      Pros

      This is a company that you can learn a lot if you really show initiative and interact inside and outside of your own team. Current processes force you to be a "go-getter" in order to get things done.

      Cons

      No expressed vision or mission from a corporate standpoint. You may understand where you fit into the food chain in your immediate organization but the overall goal of the company has never been stated. It also feels at times that executives do not understand what employees on the front line are dealing with and do not care.

      Great work environment, team-centric mentality, open to ideas and suggestions, fast paced, great benefits, great pay, lots of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Company is growing so quickly they are running out of space.
