Pros

One of the two leaders in their industry Aggressive to gain market share

Cons

Litigious towards competition Toxic Environment No employee recognition Expects/requires 7/24 availability of employees including holidays Encourages backstabbing within employee ranks Weak management - very insecure - cannot admit anything is their fault and will chose to throw employees under bus to cover up - no accountability Senior managment only recruit weak next level managment people who will mirror whatever is required of them Very "Inner Circle" orientated Company run on emotions not on results Most good people leave or get thrown under the next bus Senior Management is arrogant
