      Pros

      Great co-workers! Very skilled and highly trained support and build staff. Conveniently located downtown near Centennial Olympic Park, Peachtree Center, World of Coca-Cola, etc. Better than average compensation

      Cons

      Nature of the gift card business puts highest load times on starting on Black Friday all the way through New Years. All systems support is in the office for shift work during that time. Brief production outages have huge impacts and full business awareness. Lack of communication between business units leads to everyone having to scramble to meet an unmovable implementation date.

      Pros

      Salary is okay. The company, at least part of it, is trying to improve morale.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Very bad coordination and communication between teams. High turn over rate results that no one knows what is going on. Management does not respect other people who have technical and industry expertise.

      Decent benefits and a competitive salary

      Cons

      Just like office space, but in real life: poor communication between IT and Business and a real lack of common-sense toward anything. If its not institutionalized, it doesn't happen -- and it takes several committees to institutionalize anything. Really poor IT morale. Engineers feel unempowered to do anything.
