      A ton of opportunity for those who are able to operate in a fast paced, ever-changing environment without a lot of structure. Good pay, benefits, and great location.

      Fast growth is doesn't allow for structure or process.

      I love the fact that we take in incoming calls, no sales.

      Cons

      12Hr is not enough for an experienced representative. Poor management, micro management, you can't even turn around in your seat. Management talk about everyone's business. Steal customers money. Shady place to work.

      Pros

      Ample opportunity for growth and promotion across departments. If the right people are fighting for you, you can increase your pay substantially in a short amount of time. Great place to learn new skills and try out new roles.

      Cons

      Can be an extremely hostile, unprofessional work environment. High trend of favoritism within departments that results in many unqualified employees getting promoted. Entrepreneurial spirit forces a "get it done at whatever cost" mentality which makes people defensive, combative and many times pushy with partners/customers.
